1. Overview

TrackySuite is a compliance practice-management platform for Indian CA, CS and tax firms. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site and the TrackySuite application.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email, role and firm details you provide when an account is created or you are invited to a firm or client portal.

Operational data: clients, filings, tasks, documents, support tickets and related records your firm enters to run its practice.

Technical data: log entries, device and browser information, and audit records generated as you use the platform.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and secure the service, send transactional email (invites, filing reminders, billing notices and support updates), enforce access controls between firms, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use client compliance data for advertising.

4. Data isolation and security

Each firm's data is isolated at the database layer. Documents are stored on access-controlled infrastructure and served only to authorised users. Sensitive secrets, such as a firm's outbound email credentials, are encrypted at rest.

5. Email

Transactional email is essential to the service and is not marketing. Where a firm configures its own verified SMTP, mail to its team and clients is sent from the firm's own domain; otherwise it is sent from the TrackySuite platform sender.

6. Data retention and your rights

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal obligations. Firms may request export or deletion of their data, subject to applicable law and statutory record-keeping requirements.
